How long is the order processing time?
All the products are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days, unless and until it is mentioned in the product description. If there is a delay beyond the control of Indzie you will be informed in advance and be given an option of cancelling the order.
How do I make an exchange?
Just send us an email to returns@indzie.com and we will pick up the goods right from where we dropped it. In rare cases if we are unable to arrange a pick up you will be asked to ship it back to one of our warehouses.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
All Indian debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, upi and paytm wallet is accepted and all the payments are securely processed through paytm payment gateway. If you have a paytm account you can directly login at the payout page for easy payments.
